In August of 2015, after watching the first Republican primary debate while making snide comments on Facebook, I promised to write something substantive about politics. Since I have a habit of turning small tasks into big projects that I then don’t finish, it was both not surprising and very surprising that the result of that promise was this document, an in-depth review of all my political beliefs at the time, to be added to and amended as my beliefs evolved.
