They say the mind goes when you get older like it's a bad thing but I don't know maybe it needs a change of scenery maybe it got a job that pays better maybe it owes someone a lot of money maybe it's on the run from the law for it's many, many crimes maybe it needs to establish residency in the state in which it wishes to run for political office maybe it's been in a long-distance relationship for years and is finally moving to be with the love of its life (and is secretly terrified that it's been played for a fool and will find out its love is a fish)(but don't worry it'll be fine) maybe its grandmother died and someone needs to keep the house in the family its great-great-great-grandpappy built the house after all and sure it's a bit drafty and still uses gas but it's really a nice house and no mortgage who's gonna pass that up maybe it's never been to Finland and always wanted to go and it suddenly realized hey it's retired the kids are all married off (except for one and that's fine) and why not today why not pack a small bag and fly to Finland no itinerary just a sense of adventure and a taste for reindeer (and fish) it'll send you a postcard once it's found a place but I wouldn't hold my breath I've got a feeling it's gone for good this time my point being if you love something let it go it won't come back that's the point of leaving
